I have a China Doll plant and want to get it to flower?

I purchased the plant 3 yrs ago it was 4" high now it stands 8 feet high! I would like to get it to flower I have been giving it Miracle grown food once a month for the last 3 yrs...any suggestions?

1. Its probably being overfeed so it is producing lovely leaves and growth, and no flowers. Stop feeding it and you will find it flowers, it just didn't need to before, because it was doing so well.
