What is the name of the purple-flower plant, tree or bush?
In the South, during my time to shopping to the city, I travelled around the country (from town to town), and noticed where many purple "plants" stand. They are not lavenders, but it is smelled the lavenders or else.

- If the leaves are purple, it's probably a purple leaf plum, if it's big purple flowers it's probably a royal empress, also called a Princess Paulownia. Or it could be a crabapple or a purple smoke tree.
- Could it have been Lilacs??? Pretty purple but grow on trees. Could also be Hyacinth which is a plant that grows from a bulb in the ground
- Could it be puple loosestrife. This grows in ditches , swamps, and wet areas.
