I dont get it ? they both have the (blue/green eyes) but how come......?

One Looks better than the other, 1. http://www.thewestmorlandgazette.co.uk/resources/images/1064163/?type=display 2. http://hotfreckles.net/high_res/bar_refaeli_freckles_10.jpg (Number 2 stands out more to me) I know blue/green eyes are exotic on some people , but then you see somepeople that have them and they look wow! and others don't ? And if you put Catherine zeta jones or Nina dobrev next to them even though they have dark eyes they'd sort of look better ? http://img2.timeinc.net/people/i/2004/04/gallery/zetajones/czjones8.jpg Is it the whole face ? OR would catherine zeta jones look better than the 2nd pic if she had her eye colour ?
