Las Vegas Auditions for Shows?

Hey- Does anyone know how to get an audition with a las vegas show like the peepshow or a singer/dancer for something. I am looking all over the net and can't find anything. Please help me out. Thank you so much!

1. You show up dressed to audition.
2. Sometimes the postings are done in craigslist.org for Las Vegas under the jobs section in the etc. category. Unfortunately, sometimes there are no auditions with jobs assigned by contacts within the industry. It depends.
