What's the name of this Food Network show?

I haven't had this channel in months, but I'm trying to remember the name of a show and am having trouble finding it. It was hosted by this guy who also had a show on Animal Planet. He would travel to different countries trying exotic foods from restaurants to small villages. I think it was called "___ Cuisine"... I think. Giving me the website for Food Network does nothing. I already looked and can't find it. If you're going to reply with an "answer" then give me an answer.
