When do firework stands in Oklahoma open and start selling fireworks?

I'm not sure why firework stands in Oklahoma Hasnt open yet? Can you tell me why?

1. Fireworks stands in OK are open from June 15-July 6 and December 15-January 2. While this may govern the state your local county/town may have different laws. I used to live in VA. Certain fireworks can be sold all year round in VA except in the county I lived in they could only be sold around the 4th. The best way to find out when fireworks are available in your area is to call your local Fire Marshall.
