What does EMCC (located in 410 V switchgear of a power plant) stands for?

I'm trying to find the meaning of the name of this EMCC panel located in the 410 V LT switchgear of a thermal power plant.....i guess its something like Emergency Motor Control Center.....if somebody knows plzz help......i have other acronyms which i couldn't figure out,like....BMCC...related to boiler....TMCC related to turbine.....then others like TVDCC...TVCC...BVCC... :(

  1. EMCC means Electric Motor Control Center.It should be near the 410V LT panel in order to resuce voltafe drop and minimize length of deistribution wirres.
