Where can I find a wedding cake stand like this?

1. You're probably going to have to make it yourself or at least give the strands of crystals/beads to the person making your cake. Just go to a craft store like Michael's or even try the crafts section of Walmart for the strands of beads. Buy as many as you can, and order more online if you have to. You or the cake baker will simply glue the strands to a regular cake stand (which the baker will most likely provide). Good luck!
