Do you know the name of the company or web address?

I saw this on the food network channel some months back. It showed a chocolate pastry chef making these large chocolate eggs. He then put the eggs in the sun until they slighly started melting, creating a hole in the top of the egg. Do you know the name of the chef and/or his company's name? I've been searching on the internet and cannot find anything. Thanks for your help
