Is it just me or has the food network been taken over by blacks?

It used to be one channel I knew would be free of blacks but now every time I turn it on there is another black host...doesn't BET have enough cooking shows? btw what channel is WET?

  3. Nah man i dont watch De cooking channels cracka. I'GHT b booty popin Nd lock Nd dropin it TA DA 50 cent aight. After dat I'ght B heading to the frige FO more left over chicken. Aight peace OK HOMIE.
  4. They only have one show with an African American couple cooking traditional southern food. It's a good channel. I think Alton Brown's show is my favorite. You always learn something when it's on. They had an Asian chef on for a while but that show got canceled. The truth is northern Europeans haven't spent much time on their food. They are my ancestors, so I am not putting them down. But France is credited as creating modern gourmet cooking, so that isn't completely true.
  5. It's just you.... Giada De Laurentiis, Alex Guarnaschelli, Adam Gertler, Sandra Lee, Rachael Ray, Paula Deen (just to name a few) are all white. There are only a handful of black chefs, especially compared to the many white chefs employed on that network. What is with these stupid questions? Obviously you didn't take the time to research before you opened your mouth. The link is below if you'd like to take the time to read, my dear.
  6. The wonderful thing about TV programs is that there are many on at the same time, and if what you're watching doesn't interest you, you're free to change channels. What BET has or doesn't have is totally immaterial. You really sound like one of those people who bring their sheet with them when they get up in the morning.
  7. Bobby Flay, Rachel Ray, Giadi De Laurentis, Sanda Lee, Ina Garten, Paula Deen, Ted Allen.. I could probably name 20 more white people on the food network. Sunny Anderson and The Neelys are the only african americans I can think of. How about you not be racist? So what if there are black people on the food network. There doesn't need to be a WET channel. The only reason BET exists is because of ignorant people like you who don't wanna see black people on "their channels" You are NO better than someone just because they are black and you are not. We are the same thing, human beings. We breathe the same air, eat the same food, have the same basic needs. Ugh, just get over your dated racist crap.
  8. Stop watching tv, go read a book.
  9. It has indeed. They stormed the place 7 months ago. Came in with all their pots and pans and just started cooking up some MEAN recipies... It's been chili and Cajun ever since. DAMN! Actually, it's probably more like, because of the interviewing and screening process, the people who applied and were most qualified to cook and act as a TV show host happened to be black. Maybe whites generally weren't quite cut out for it... you know, can't cook shit? Who the hell wants to watch another Martha Stewart? You don't want to eat shit, do you? Either way, the white executives making the decisions deliberately chose the best hosts. Sorry to dash your culinary TV-hosting dreams, but white people apparently aren't the best hosts anymore. Also... WET is White Executive Television. It's where these white executives get their ideas about hiring black cooking show hosts.
  10. BET doesn't have cooking shows, do they? but there are only like 2 black cooking shows on the food network. get over yourself!
  11. WET is every single channel. Haven't you noticed? I'm really pissed at myself for wasting time on your stupid question. It's not your fault though. Your parents are probably cousins or something. Retard
