what are the best rides/shows in universal orlando and adventure park?

I am planning to go to the universal orlando and adventure park this Thanksgiving. I purchased the express plus for one day and the unlimited pass for the two parks for severn days. I want to use the express plus with the most popular rides/shows within a day and spend another day with the others. Now I need the information about the most popular shows/rides. Anyone who have been to orlando universal/adverture, please give some suggestions. Thanks a lot.

1. At Universal Studios the best rides are The Simpsons, Men In Black, Rip Rocket Roller Coaster and The Mummy. At Islands of Adventure the best rides are The Hulk, Spiderman and Dueling Dragons- make sure you go on both as they are totally different roller coasters. If it's hot out Popeye and Dudley Do Right are great water rides to cool off.
