How do reality tv shows keep contestants from spilling the winner before the finale is shown on tv?
I know shows like survivor etc have live finales to prevent this but what abt shows like top model?

- They are recorded before released. They probably sign contracts.
- they sign confidentiality contracts so they can't spill the beans =)
- i don't know for sure but i *suspect* it has something to do with a very heavy legal contract that stipulates that they won't get paid a dime for their efforts if they squeal. i think it's remarkable that reality show resuts don't get leaked out! esp.those crazy reunion shows (i.e., flavor of love, ILNY, etc., etc.). but i do think some heavy-handed lawyers prohibit disclosure. that said, however, i am still curious about the outcome of "megan wants a millionaire." perhaps we'll never know... then again, the tragic murder of Jasmine Fiore understandably pre-empted things. just my opinion
- They sign contracts. But that does not mean that they haven't told their BFF or boyfriend/girlfriend husband/wife. I bet that some of them have.
