How do I delete a file that displays the information "Cannot Read From the Source File or Disk"?

Everytime I try to delete this specific file, it displays Cannot Delete: and the title information. Its a picture file (or was supposed to be) downloaded from my inbox. Now I can't seem to either see it or be rid of the darn thing, can someone help me?

1. Perhaps the message means exactly what it says. How are you trying to delete the file and where is it? Perhaps a removed disc or drive?
2. Download Unlocker it's free After you installed that, right click the file and click Unlocker. Then put Delete and click OK.
