Does anyone watch Food Network Channel on tv?

Has anyone here ever tried any of the recipes seen on any of the shows? and have they ever worked or failed miserably?

1. I watch it AND search recipes from them on the web. I love food network, it ges your creativity going.
2. Yeah, it a recipe looks good then I will try to make it but usually don't follow exactly how the chef did it I usually do a variation. But you can look up the recipes on foodnetwork.com and they usually turn out pretty good.
3. I do and I have tried some of the recipes. They weren't all complete failures, but they never turn out the way they do on TV. They usually also use weird spices, where you need like 1/2 a teaspoon of it, so you have to buy it and what can you do with the rest?
