what broadway shows will be out in april of 2010?

im goin to nyc in april 2010 and would like to know where to find out what broadway shows will be playing while im there? thanks!

There's no way to tell for sure because opening nights often are pushed back for different reasons and productions can be cancelled at any time from the writing stages to 5 minutes before curtain for any number of reasons. If the show is a really hot one, you probably won't be able to get tickets the same month you want to go so you'll need to buy them online or on the phone from home in advance. Example: The Producers with Matthew Broderick and Nathan Lane was sold out almost completely from the first week they opened. When they came back to close the show over a year later, the entire closing run sold out the first day tickets were available. That said, keep an eye on Broadway.com. You can find all kinds of news there about what's coming up, replacements in existing shows and even links to buy tickets...sometimes even a discount or two and contests to win free tickets.
