What three shows would you recommend at Las Vegas?

What three shows would you recommend at Las Vegas? I have seen Lance Burton (hated it), Tournaments of the kings (loved it), and The Rat Pack is Back (liked it). Don't want to spend more than $150 a show. Money is not an option to a point. Thanks.

  1. "O" is great, "Ka" is great, "Mystere" is great. The Blue Man Group is a lot of fun. Barry Manilow has a great show, too. Cher is a bit past her prime and makes a valiant effort but to me she falls short (but then again, I remember the younger Cher) Bette Middler's show is ok but it is the same old, same old. The Osmonds put on a good show if you like Osmonds. Penn and Teller's show is surprisingly good. Not a huge production but more subtle sorts of magic tricks. Very good. I don't like seeing the Broadway Shows in Las Vegas since I can see the real Broadway Shows on Broadway. (live in the area). But to be honest the Tournament of Kings (they have one near my house, too, called Medieval Times) does nothing for me. So, I hope this helps. *
  2. Since Danny Ganns died, and Sigfried and Roy are not playing anymore, there's not much left worth watching---unless you like ''Donny and Marie'', ----Cher---,or the Circe de Soli.
  3. Mystere Phantom of the Opera Jersey Boys
  4. I won tickets to Terry Fator at the Mirage in April. Let me tell you this was really good. Took my friend at work and her husband. It was one of the most entertaining shows I've been to in many years. You will not be disappointed.
  5. You are staying at the Rio so take in Penn and Teller. Their show is great. You won't have a problem with the prices at any show. They are all priced well below that amount for starting prices.Blueman Group is popular and a great late night show is George Wallace at the Flamingo.
  6. If you liked Rat Pack, I would highly recommend 'Jersey Boys' (playing at the Palazzo). It's one of the most in-demand shows on the strip, and the music is SO great. It's really a fun upbeat show. You mentioned show price as being an important factor. This show runs about $100 per ticket (due to its popularity) and discounts are hard to come by...the only way I have found a discount ticket offer for this show is by signing up for the Travelzoo.com mailing list -- once every few months they will send out an offer for free seat upgrades. That's how I got my tickets.
