Whats this plant that kind of looks like corn?

It almost seems transparent when the sun is on the flower, kind of looks like corn in a way, the plant stands roughly 3-4 feet tall. It bloomed about a week ago thanky for your help

3. Milo or as some prefer to call it, millet. If you water it regularly , it will grow to around 6 feet tall. It is one of the main ingredients in bird feed.
