How do i get my cymbal stands to stop falling?

Ive had my stands for about 3 years, and they were used for a few years before i bought them too. When im playing on my crash ride and the crash cymbal, after about 2 minutes of playing , the stands loosen and the cymbals fall. Is there a way to fix this or do i just need new stands?

1. A bolt may be loose so i wuld order either a new stand or try tightening the bolts and screws occassionally music stores will sell random parts if they have them in stock
