Did you watch Food Network TV program "Road Tasted" when they went to NY's Veniero's for Almond Torte recipe?

On the Food Network TV program (foodnetwork.com) they have a show called "Road Tasted". The Deen boys went to NY and visited an Italian Pastry shop called Veniero's (venierospastry.com). While there they showed how to make/gave the recipe for their Almond Torte (Torta Di Mandorle...a Baked almond paste filled with apricot filling). Did anyone watch this program and write down the recipe?? PLEASE email it to me if you did! There are many recipes for Torta Di Mandorle on the internet, but I am only interested in their recipe. 2. but they don't tell you the measurement or the ratio even if you tell figure out the ingredients lol
