Which reality TV shows either bring emotions of happiness or ones that are so cruel that it makes you angry?

I actually feel embarrassed that I cried like I was at a wedding for "Do you want to marry my Dad? The cruelest is Mtv's Parental Control and Next in my opinion. I must admit that From G's to Gents is hilarious. I admit that I love the guilty pleasures of reality shows so serious replies without sarcasm please.

1. Parental control is dumb and annoying to watch. I hate watching something so Fake.. I do watch I Love money and from G's to gents is good too.
2. The only feeling I get when watching most reality shows is pure disgust.
