Why do people get so stressed over Reality TV shows?

Seriously, the whole Laura X Factor thing with the petition is way over the top. I wanted Laura to win but that's how the show works.

1. Its not the show per se - its the reflection on the rest of the population that voted for Daniel over her. It is frustrating to think we are surrounded by these people.

3. i know lol, it makes me laugh at how involved we get, when we know the out come of the shows is already predecided by producers x
4. Reality TV has replaced real life. It is the exact opposite of reality though!
5. it was all a con, Simon voted Ruth to stay for her figure and Louis voted Laura out because, she was a big competition. Laura might be going back in though... i think that's only if Diana can no longer sing... which is fair enough (even though Diana and Laura are two of my 5 favourites to win) but, if Diana is kicked off, why can Laura not have a chance after the voting last week was FUCKED up lol. xx

Yeah i know what you mean, i still go a bit mad with rachel like when she got through last week i jumped up and screamed cause i was so happy for her lol so yeah i do understand but i mean only one person is going to win the x factor, not every one can stay it dosnt matter what order they go in (it does but not really if you look at it properly) only 2 people are going to be left and one person will win so people should just get over it.

8. I don't watch reality TV so I have no clue. XD But I'd guess that it's because people can relate more to actual humans than a character in a sitcom.
9. because, they've nothing better to do. they dont get this stressed over countdown....and thats a good show lol
10. I dunno why people care so much,, half the winners of these shows disappear after 3 months anyway.

And no doubt you've dropped a few valium in the process of typing this as your favourite was knocked out on her @rse,I dont watch that crap as i prefer things with a twist,do you not think these reality shows are a con,as how many people do you know would big it up on the outside. i dont care about the saddos who have'nt got a life,have you,if your answer is yes then why type this,that's the reality of it all,there's more reality in my anwer,than whats on television.
13. I know...I really liked Laura. I had her down to do battle with Alexandra for the winnings....But I wouldn't loose any sleep over her going.

15. The same reason they get stressed out over soap operas. Some people can't live without drama. I don't know why, but they're just like that.
16. I suppose it boils down to wanting justice done. Like you I thought Laura would be in the final and I hated to see her go with tactical voting. I didn't sign any petition though! What's done is done.
