My Olympus XD Picture card displays old images taken on my camera when plugged into the computer?

It displays thumbnails of old pictures taken on the memory card. However when I click on these thumbnails to see the larger size, the correct image shows up. I tried formatting the memory card, but I still get the same problem. HELP!!!

1. Try deleting all of the cards on the memory card and see what happens...just be aware that once you do that, all of your pictures will be deleted and you won't be able to get them back.
