1. In short, I would need to see some personal financial responsibility on the part of the winning family. For example; If they were hard working, gave to charity as much as possible, volunteered time to help or serve other people, did not live beyond their means, did not have huge credit card debt stemming from buying TVs, video games, new cars, non-stop shopping for the "newest" trend. Then I would feel that the family was deserving. Sometimes people are just hard working people and the costs of living just get to them.
