How do reality tv shows film without people being suspicious of the cameras?

I asked this from the show I saw called "secret millionaire" and they get to kno people and then give them money, but the people have no idea whats going on

3. I agree with the person above me. They all know the cameras are there, because otherwise it wouldn't be a TV show. Which they all know it is.
