What do girls think of guys that cry on reality TV shows?

I was watching A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila and this guy cried because one of his friends on the show got eliminated. What do girls think about that? Are those guys considered "weak" because they cried over something like that? It's weird because most of the guys on that show try to be tough guys.
