How can I easily and cheaply build my own aquarium stand?

How do you build a nice aquarium stand for maybe say, $50? Let me know if you have any DIY ideas! or websites concerning DIY aquarium stands!

1. look on craigslist for a free desk, if the tank isn't heavy + big, use a nightstand, build your own, repaint anything you find in some nice colors, decorate around the tank hope this helps =)
2. you could build a metal frame to support the aquarium. type in "diy aquarium stand" on google. The downside to doing this yourself is you need to be skilled enough to make sure everything is very precise. For instance, if you'd go for the metal frame, and you didn't build it precisely enough, you could risk the weight being unevenly distributed. This might cause it to give in one day.
