Candy Pie Wafers? HELP!!!?
There was a show on the Food Network channel about a candy convention in either 2006 or 2007 and they mentioned a pie-flavored set of disc-shaped wafers. Unfortunately I'm unable to find the website again for the candy site but I think it was called 'Sweet' something? PLEASE HELP!! THANKS! Also, the company made Peach Pie-flavored wafer-discs, too. You could purchase an assortment of all the pie flavors for about $20-30 and it's fairly cheap otherwise. Any ideas? PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks for writing. Nope, NOT smoothie wafers from NECCO, they're sort of like satellite wafers (usually a melt-in-your-mouth satellite-shaped wafer with stuff in the middle) but with pie-flavored fillings. Still no luck finding anything =( Thanks though...

- could it be necco smoothie wafers. the flavors sound like pie flavors and they were featured at the candy convention.
- The show was probably showcasing the candy convention in Chicago. It aired a few times on Food Network toward the end of 2006. If we saw the same show, I saw it on Nov. 5th. You could try writing to the food network and asking them for a transcript or ask if they could send you the info about the wafers. They might even air it all over again for all of us candy lovers!
- I remember that and even went to the website to look at their assortment. I thought I had saved that in my favorites list, but I'm not seeing it now. I think you're on the right track with the sweet-something, though.
