What company does Gordon Elliot work for and how would someone contact him directly.?

Im looking to get ahold of the world famous producer Gordon Elliot, He produces alot of shows for the food network and also the fine living channel. I would like to get information on how i could directly contact him for an idea i have for a TV show.

1. I couldn't find out how to contact him directly (I thought about telling him an idea for another show as well) but they only accept ideas from production companies. I got it off of the website and it states: 2. I have an idea for a new Food Network show. Where should I send it?
