Dose enybody knows if there would be enough demand for a permanent funnel cake stand in Toronto?

I'm thinking to open a funnel cake/ coffe shop in Toronto.

1. I do concessions and I can tell you funnel cakes sell VERY well here (in Tennessee)...I personally think it would be a great idea to have a permanent location..and .It would give you the option of playing with it a bit....drizzle chocolate...or add different flavors or serve topped with fruits...
