Can i sell free tickets in Las Vegas?

I have some tickets to a show i got for free, and I want to sell them. No where on the tickets does it say "tickets are not for resale" It only says, no exchanges or refunds. I had put the ads in an online classifeds, and was contacted by the box office supervisor saying for me to stop selling the tickets, because they know i got them for free. Since there is no statement saying they cannot be resold, am i safe? Where can i find info on the nevada laws regarding the sale of show tickets (direct website link would be very helpful)
