- Check Santa Monica, it's good choice.
- You've got to check out http://lasvegas.com/traveltips/index.html I'm a Vegas pro but I still check out these tips.
- visit www.vegas.com I'm sure u will get all da info u need 'bout Las Vegas Hotels and stuff btw have a great vacation (I've been in Las Vegas once it was a great trip I liked it)
- www.govegas.com there are also a lot of good, cheap things to do in vegas as well
- There is a half price ticket booth for show tickets. The booth is located over at the Fashion Show Mall, directly across from the Wynn Resort. They do NOT have tickets for the top shows like Cirque Du Soleil,Elton John or Celine Dion.(Those shows always sell out and never discount) While Las Vegas boasts lots of top restaurants, there are still less expensive meals to be found. The Buffet at the Flamingo Hilton is good and not as pricey as the food at the Bellagio or the Wynn. The best entertainment in Las Vegas is free. The fountains in front of the Bellagio and the Pirate fight in front of Treasure Island are not to be missed Be sure and look for updated info. on the vegas.com website
- you should check out the dinner show @ the Excalibur it's totally family friendly, as a matter of fact it would probably be the cheapest place to stay on the strip and the most to do location wise for family fun, your right next to the shark reef @ the Mandalay Bay and MGM rainforrest Cafe is a good place to check out too. have fun!
- Stay in Henderson. It's right out side of Vegas, and much more pocket-friendly. Sunset Station is less than 10 minutes from the strip, and is cheaper than any hotel-casino right on the strip.
