Where can I get free tickets to shows in Las Vegas, Nevada?
My boyfriend and I are planning a trip to Las Vegas towards the end of July. I know how expensive it can be so I was hoping we can score some free shows or night clubs tickets. Any advice or tips???

- When you get there check with the Concierge and just ask,the casinos have free stuff for the asking. Many people just dont ask. You can get free room upgrades, dinners etc. Also sign up for EVERY players card you can.If you plan on gambling alot make sure your plays get tracked.
- Discounted, yes. Free, only high rollers get anything free (if you consider loosing millions of dollars at the tables free) There is a place called tickets 2 nite where you can get half priced same day left over tickets. See below. *
- Free forget that, maybe discounted tickets, Years ago when-the town was smaller free was around now maybe sometimes there will be a free lounge show in the afternoon, but you will have to ask at any hotel.
- Free tickets is really not an option. Sometimes you can get cheap tickets by doing a timeshare tour, but those are nasty and not fun! I suggest going through a place like Best Of Vegas where you can get good discounts on the shows http://www.bestofvegas.com/Shows-Tickets/ Cheers!
- >>Free show tickets<< If you are not already "Total Rewards" slot club members at Harrah's. For years they have given away free tickets(2) to see Mac King for a first time sign up. Same for Bally's and "Jubilee" - Bally's is also a Harrah's property and they both use the same Total Rewards slot club card. If one of you signs up at Harrah's and one at Bally's(separate accounts) you get tickets to two of the better shows in Las Vegas for free. I can't guarantee that they are still doing this, things change on a daily basis in Las Vegas, but it's worth checking into. Casinos are alwasy offering promotions for first time sign ups. Free play(usually $10) is one of the most popular. http://www.advantageplayer.com/lasvegas/index.html They keep track of the latest promotions. Best of the free coupons: Fremont Street Experience coupons - available from the FSE office at 425 Fremont St - Show out of state ID for a very nice sheet of coupons - Including $10 free plays and 2-4-1 buffet coupons. "What's On" The LV inroom magazine usually has some 2-4-1 show coupons and $10 free plays for 1st time sign ups. These are not free, but IMO are worth many times the cost. Las Vegas Advisor - POV http://www.lasvegasadvisor.com/whyjoin-pocketbookofvalueslist2008.cfm 2008 American Casino Guide http://www.americancasinoguide.com Amazon.com If you intend to play, always sign up for and use the slot club card - There is no such thing as, we don't play enough. Sometimes you are better off with separate accounts, sometimes it's better to sign up for one account and have both of you play on that account(they will give you as many cards as you like) The notion that you have to be a high roller to receive comps is a false one. We have been going to Las Vegas for over 20 years. 2-3 times a year for 2 weeks or more at a time. 8 weeks last year. We play nickel/dime or quarter video poker almost exclusively. Last year they comped us 42 nights and 150-200 meals(every time we ask) We paid($314/total) for the other 13 nights, because we chose to and it was to our advantage to do so.
