How do i take care of a Caladium Araceas Plant?

The leaves on my plant are all bending over and the stems are bent in half. Why is it doing this? The leaves were all standing up straight when i bought the plant.I have to tie the tall leaves up to a stick to keep them from falling over.This plant is a partial shade annual.I live in Central N.Y.what is my problem with this plant?

1. As the leaves get bigger the stems cannot support them. You might have to tie some of them up. One of the best things to use is a thin metal stake that has a round open circle at the top. These can be found at garden centers and home stores. They are used frequently for tall stemmed cutting flowers.
