How come my ipod displays a different album cover everytime i use it, when my itunes have the correct one?

All songs in my ipod have album covers. When i maintain it in itunes, the album covers are correct, so i assume this would be the same when i use my ipod. However, there are songs which i play, and my ipod displays a different picture, if i exit and re-enter, a new picture appears. What is wrong with my ipod?

1. my ipod used to do that, but then i "restored" or "reset" my ipod, which deletes all of your stuff and then downloeads it back, or something like that. it takes a long time, but mine stopped doing it after that.
