Why does it take multiple refreshing before a page displays?

I use I.E. 7.0 with a wireless connection with multiple laptops and one of them takes four or five times refreshing before it displays a page while the other 2 display right away.

1. is one older than the others,it could have a lesser quality wireless card and lesser quality gpu inside it ,otherwise move it closer to the router and see if it works better
