What is the name for the tool the Viennese sausage stands use to both hole out the bun & insert mustard?

It's a metal tool that looks like a rocket, which stands vertically off the counter. They use the rocket shape to piece the bun (to create a hole for the sausage) and while they are pushing the bun over this tool, it inserts mustard into the hole. We're trying to buy one of these b/c we thought they were so cool while we were in Vienna. Any help is appreciated!
