When do museums set up there traveling exhibits for viewing during business hours on when closed?

Also how do they transport the items safely?

1. I suppose each museum has its own rules. Ours sets up during business hours. We don't transport very much because we do not have enough room to display all of our holdings. We have a storage facility on the grounds where the bulk of our "traveling" exhibits. Rain
