Exhibits, Shows and Displays

Does New Zealand have any juried competitions/exhibits? If so, how do I find them?

I'm trying to help a mate who's new to exhibiting. He does paintings. We tried looking in yank-based sites, like "art deadlines list" but it's all for overseas competitions, and I never see Kiwi or Aussie events listed.

1. We've been looking for them here in Otago, too, and ended up doing our own, finding an external reviewer for it from overseas. It appears that there aren't any others for now.
