How do I label exhibits that are documents for a hearing?

I have documents that I am using as evidenciary support. How do I label them? I have them "tagged' as exhibit a, b, etc. But how do I label them for the commisioner and judge?

1. If you have tagged the exhibits you are ready to offer them as evidence. No further labeling is needed. If you want to create an index of exhibits to use as a cover sheet this might be helpful if there are say more than 5 documents. Dont get hung up on labels or tags. Use the documents that help you make your case. It is the content of the evidence and not its form that matters
