Public Comments

  1. 6 choices for the 1st flag, 5 for the 2nd, 4 for the 3rd, 3 for the 4th makes 360 displays. (Order matters.)
  2. You have the following spots to fill on the flag pole: _ _ _ _ in the first spot you have 6 choices of flags. 6* _ _ _ in the second spot you have 5 choices of flags since you've already used one. 6*5* _ _ in the third spot you have four choices of flags since you've used two. 6*5*4*_ in the fourth spot you have three choices of flags since you've used three. 6*5*4*3 360 combinations of four flags from the six available.
