my yahoo page displays blank?

I using two computers, both with Internet Explorer. On one computer, my.yahoo page displays fine. The other computer displays a blank page after logging in to my.yahoo. It has the address http://cm.my.yahoo.com/ in the address bar and displays Done at the bottom but is a blank white page. This just started today with the new page. I have tried changine my browsers security settings to low and high but makes no difference. Any ideas? Thanks I am using Windows XP SP2 on both machines. I have eliminated the software firewall and virus software as a cause. I have tested javascript and java successfully in the browser so this does not appear to be the issue. I have upgraded to IE 7.0 and the problem persists. I have modified various ActiveX and scripting security settings with no change. I installed Firefox and it all pages work! This problem has been solved by: Resetting Internet Explorers Settings. To do this: Go to Tools -> Options, select the Advanced tab, under the pane Reset Internet Explorer Settings, click the Reset button. Now my various pages that would not load are fine.

  1. I'm also having the same problem with 2 computers, both Macs using Firefox. It just started this morning.
  2. Hopefully before you reset the browser you took down readings to compare after the fact. Then you would truely know the answer. Resetting might not be satisfactory for later experiences of other things that browser was set before. Another thing you could have done is compare between two PC`s to get your answer.
