1. well u could definatly buy one at petsmart but i got no f'in clue where that is srry
2. Depend on what your looking for and the size of the tank. I've seen very basic ones at Walmart. Most local pet stores carry them. PetSmart and Petco have everything from basic stands to stands that look like furniture.
