What kind of cheap used truck should I buy for getting into car shows? I'm getting into car shows, as they are pretty popular in this area. Help with ideas for entertainment at car shows? I am the "games" girl for my car club "Rustbucket Rebels." I usually try to do some trivia, a couple of paper based games like auto-alphabet or name that tune. I also do a scavenger hunt. We've done the fan-belt toss, washer toss, kick-ball bowling... My boyfriend is going to the NOPI car show and i thought that it was just a guy thing and that not many girls actually went...he wants me to go with him but i dont want to be the only girl (who isn't half naked anyways) so can someone tell me how these shows really are and if i should even be going with him, please!!

Who likes Car Shows and would like to attend one here in L.A. County? There is going to be a car show, featuring California's Finest Clubs at the Santa Anita Race track on October 1st from 8am to 7pm. The cover charge will be $7 per person and children under 18 years of age will get in free. Does anyone know of any car shows in Europe after Nov 2007?? My boyf is a car fanatic and I want to treat him to a car show in Europe (doesn't matter where) for his Birthday. Car shows on TV, and false American pride...? When someone see's something trick on an American car, they think that company came up with it... Motorweek on Speed: Dodge Viper with adjustable footpedals..."they pioneered the adjustable footpedal". I don't know if Porsche was the first to do it, but back in the 70's, when the 928 came out, it had adjustable foot pedals(as well as an aircondioned glove box to keep drinks cold)...so what these guys are talking about?? Pioneered?? Racing seats...this guy is restoring a seat on a 1957 Stingray, and comes up with the assumption that since a 1957 Stingray had seats designed to keep the lower end of your @ s s from shifting around, then he looks at the camera, and say's, "the birth of the racing seat"...Right... In the 1930's, Audi and Mercedes built 300 MPH Arrow race cars to test on the new Autobahns, the seats were built specifically to that driver in Aluminum, and then swiss chessed holes to reduce weight...about 30 years before the first vette hit the road. So much for facts...

Model!! Car Shows.. Pin Up Poster.. Amature stuff..? So i was talking to my neighbor the other day and she was talking about how she was a model at car shos and made decent money there for awhile.. Question is.. Does anyone have any ideas on wher eyou could try to get into this business of any amature stuff?? Please help. Thanks!
